I think what I would do if I had this copy is to 3-d it a bit. I would add the airports from an earlier example, 3-d the mountain, and do something with the brush or tree line. that's what my intentions would be. a b/w would be used for scale to match the map. any other suggestions?

Snippersly played this...any other ideas?

Where are the rules for this scenario? I'm making this map 3D (http://kahlich.wordpress.com/2013/08/26 ... iniatures/) and can't wait to play it!

as mentioned... great idea with the making of the board. I really like the use of the hex template you have. It does look like you can get a better match to the board when making multiple hexes on a board like that. the foam board is great for a light weight but strong material to use. I would like a close-up on the river hexes, and the method you used for flocking.

thanks for the how-to; however, you left one VERY important part out... how do you convince the "significant other" to let you make and store this?!?!???
:)

thanks again for the post!

Maybe some others around here can shed further light on this - but to my recollection - I don't remember an official or unofficial scenario being posted anywhere. I made a quick search of both theWizards and forumini sites (very limited) and didn't run across anything. Snippersly did post some pics of one he was working on in addition to the ones in this thread - but I don't know if he ever posted a final scenario:

This is thinking big in a small way or is it thinking small in a big way - either way - to echo others:
