Are the maps on the Wizard of the Coast site 3" or 2". If they are 2" how do I get them to print in 3" form. Also the overlay tiles to add in trenches and the like, are they 3" or 2", and what do I do with them if they 2".

I'm pretty sure that the maps are 2"...
Your can print them @ 141% and that will be about 3", but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't fit with the newer 3" maps, since they have different hex numbers.

But the terrain tiles should be just fine.
The guide says to print them @ 150%, but normally A4 -> A3 would be 141%, so you may have the experiment a little :-)
