I am considering buying a desktop computer (used / $ 650)
I miss playing time with my tanks

PC with Windows 8 Pro 64-Bit and Monitor - BenQ 24 "1920x1080 (Full HD) 5ms response time
Spec :
Case - Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus with 2 pcs. 200X200MM red LED fans.
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
Power supply - XFX Core Edition XXX 650 Watt
Hard drive - Seagate Barracuda 500 GB 7200 RPM
RAM / Memory - Corsair 4GB 1333MHz + cooling ribs in silver
CPU / Processor - AMD Phenom X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz Quad-Core
GPU / Graphics Card - Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850 1GB 800 MHz

Its build by a adult gamer in 2012

Is this okey or is it overboard and I can buy i cheeper comp with less power ?

Every update gets more demanding on your processor so buying a good computer will last you a couple of years with no problem. Plus if its used you are likely getting it at a good deal. :D Go for it!

That's a pretty solid build for the price. You will have no problem playing WoT. Down the road I might recommend getting 8gb of ram at a faster speed (ram is cheap). Should you want more performance you could also upgrade the video card but that one is just fine for now.
