That's pretty cool! Are you going to cast these in resin?

How long would they be in true 15mm or 1/100 scale?

:bowty: Nice piece Dano. If I may make a suggestion. Make the pilot house shorter and move it and the turret back a little. This would make room for the MG turrets.

not too sure, but they were small. I was trying to fit it in a 3" hex, but I needed a little more length to fit everything. The PT Boats will fit a 3" hex, and be about the size of the landing crafts Gaming Models made for us

It'll be interested to see how that comes out of the mold. Single piece or multiple for the different parts?

hello,

here's the first casting of the boat. This is a single piece boat, so I'll need to add the turret, and MG. there were several version of this boat including the T-34 with MG's, T-34 with an MG and a rocket launcher and several others. There is a possibility to make other versions as well. I hope to contact Gaming Models for the MG's, and rocket launcher option. The turret and other options will be movable as well. more to follow!

Sweet Dan! Very well done.

I would love to see what one of these molds looks like. Are they rubber or ceramic?

They look like they maybe the MG turrets off the T-26 tanks, specifically they twin turret MG version. I believe Gaming Models does carry that version. You might also look at his T-35 tank as it has small MG turrets as well.

this one was cast in hydrostone...a very strong plaster of paris. I will run about a dozen in hydrostone...then start some resin boats.
